Ingredients

- 1 container of Simple Mills Vanilla Frosting
- 2 cups almond flour
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup almond milk
- 1 tablepsoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl add wet ingredients- lemon juice, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well, then stir in your dry ingredients- almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Roll the dough into 12 balls and place cookies on lined baking sheet. Lightly flatten cookies and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool before frosting.
