    Classic sugar cookies made gluten-free! Sweet, tender, simple, and perfect for any occasion!

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 1 container of Simple Mills Vanilla Frosting
    • 2 cups almond flour
    • ¼ cup tapioca flour
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • ¼ cup almond milk
    • 1 tablepsoon lemon juice
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
    • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350° F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. In a medium bowl add wet ingredients- lemon juice, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well, then stir in your dry ingredients- almond flour, tapioca flour, baking powder, and salt.
    3. Roll the dough into 12 balls and place cookies on lined baking sheet. Lightly flatten cookies and bake in oven for 10-12 minutes.
    4. Allow cookies to cool before frosting.
