    Air Fryer Sesame Glazed Salmon

    Ingredients

    Scale
    • 2 wild-caught salmon fillets
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
    • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    • ⅛ teaspoon ground pepper

    Marinade

    • ¼ cup coconut aminos ( soy sauce alternative)
    • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
    • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
    • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
    • 1 tablespoon raw honey, melted
    • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

    Instructions

    1. In a deep bowl or Stasher bag mix together marinade ingredients.
    2. Add salmon fillets and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
    3. Spray air fryer basket with avocado oil and preheat to 400 degrees F. 
    4. Remove salmon fillets and marinate and place in air fryer basket, skin side down. 
    5. Top with sesame seeds and season with salt and pepper. 
    6. Cook for 8-10 minutes, depending on size of the fillets. Serve with sprouted brown rice, avocado and garnish with green onions.
